George Crump is the Chief Marketing Officer at VergeIO and was the founder of Storage Switzerland. With over 25 years of experience designing storage solutions for data centers across the US, he has seen the birth of such technologies as RAID, NAS, and SAN. Prior to founding Storage Switzerland, he was CTO at one the nation’s largest storage integrators where he was in charge of technology testing, integration, and product selection.

Joseph is a Lead Analyst with Storage Switzerland and an IT veteran with over 35 years of experience in the high tech industries. He also designed, implemented and supported backup, recovery and encryption solutions in addition to providing Disaster Recovery planning, testing and data loss risk assessments in distributed computing environments on UNIX and Windows platforms.
