Dell is announcing the “most attractively priced, entry-level all-flash array in the industry”, according to Executive Director of Product Management for Storage, Travis Vigil. The SC4020, at $25,000 for a 6 x 480GB SSD configuration, brings high-performance storage to the mid-market. Dell also announced a hardware refresh of their PS-Series products (EqualLogic) which give you the option to add SSDs and create a hybrid configuration. Finally, Dell’s XC Series of web-scale, converged appliances is now GA, leveraging the innovation of Nutanix software with the hardware, services and support of a Dell solution.
